Handing back a lease or PCP car? Get scuffs, dents, scratches and kerbed alloys fixed before the inspection, not billed to you after it. Auto Serve Bodyworks repairs lease and PCP cars at our bodyshop at 19 Corby Road, Park Royal, London NW10.
Why fix it before you hand it back?
Leasing and finance companies inspect returned cars against the BVRLA fair wear and tear guidelines. Anything outside those limits is charged back to you, often at main-dealer rates plus admin fees.
Repairing it first is usually the cheaper route, and you stay in control of the cost instead of finding out from an invoice weeks later.

Lease return FAQs
When should I book my lease return repairs?
Ideally 2 to 4 weeks before your handback or inspection date. That gives time to quote, repair and have the car back well before collection.
Do I need to tell the finance company?
You’re simply returning the car in better condition. Check your agreement for any conditions on repairs, and keep your repair invoice in case there’s a dispute at inspection.
Can you tell me what will be flagged?
Send us photos of every panel and wheel on WhatsApp. We’ll point out what’s likely to fall outside fair wear and tear and what isn’t worth fixing.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. 0% finance through Payment Assist over 3, 4 or 6 months, subject to approval.
