How do I get a quote?
The fastest way is to WhatsApp your registration and photos of the damage to 020 8782 8753. You can also call, email bodyshop@as-vs.co.uk, or use our online estimate form.
What photos should I send?
One photo of the whole side of the car showing the damaged area, plus two or three close-ups from slightly different angles. Daylight works best, and dents show up better from an angle.
Is a photo quote the final price?
It’s an estimate. We confirm it when we see the car, as some damage only shows once a bumper or panel is removed. If anything changes, we’ll talk to you before doing extra work.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, please get in touch first so we can quote and book a time that suits you.
Repairs
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the damage and on parts. Small scuff and scratch repairs are quicker than accident repairs. We’ll give you a timescale with your quote.
Will the paint match?
We colour-match to your car and blend into surrounding panels where needed. See paintwork.
Do you repair vans?
Yes, cars and vans, including fleet vehicles.
Do you refurbish alloy wheels?
Yes, including diamond cut wheels. See alloy wheel refurbishment.
Insurance
Can you repair my car through my insurance?
Yes, where your policy allows. See insurance repairs.
Should I claim or pay privately?
For smaller damage, paying privately can cost less than your excess plus the effect on your no-claims discount. We’ll happily quote privately so you can compare.
